Our state of the art gym occupies the entirety of our upstairs floor. This includes three rooms filled with equipment and machines, where you will find something for all abilities and fitness levels.
Once you are a member, not only do you have access to our fantastic gym, there are also plenty of benefits available to you. This includes; health screens, fitness programmes, discounts on other activities throughout the centre and regular gym competitions & challenges.
Before you can use the Arena Gym you will need to attend an induction which will enable you to use our equipment. Our staff will take you through the equipment step by step, explaining the safe and effective ways to train.
Memberships start at £4 per session for Casual members or from £21.75 per month for anytime use!
